Wayne Wishman
Maintenance Supervisor

As the Maintenance Supervisor at Black Loon Millworks, Wayne is the man that keeps our equipment operational, and our mill in full production. He is a graduate of Sault College's Heavy Equipment program and a certified Millwright. Wayne was one of the key individuals involved in the startup of Black Loon.

Wayne came to us from the former Michigan Maple Ltd. where he spent over 25 years learning and maintaining some of the same equipment that is in our mill today. Wayne's strong technical background is an asset in overcoming problems that can effect production lines. Together with general manager Jim Webb, Wayne has developed many custom processes and techniques that add to our production capabilities and quality products.
