Tracey Pinder is a customer service specialist at Black Loon Millworks. She greets customers, in person and on the phone, helping them get exactly what they're looking for - quality products and service that is second to none.

With over 10 years experience in the engraving field, Tracey also operates our laser engraver. Let her artistic flair help you plan and design a unique plaque or laser tile.

Tracey was born and raised her in the Sault and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. She joined our team in the summer of 2007. Previously, Tracey was employed for 22 years at a local printing company and has experience in administration, customer service, design, production, engraving and shipping.
