Style 10 Monarch Meat Block
For the discriminating chef, a 10" thick chopping surface designed for use in your home. This block is not recommended for commercial applications.

At 16" thick, Style 16 Monarch Meat Blocks are the ultimate end grain chopping surface. They are used in restaurants and butcher shops around the world. This block can be hand finished for residential use as well.
